In our first session, we focused on daily routines — the small deposits that keep your Resilience Bank Account in the positive. In this follow-up, we’re going deeper into the mental deposits: the words you say to yourself, the goals you set, and the reasons that drive you to keep going.
We’ll start with affirmations — how to craft powerful, personal statements that strengthen your mindset and keep self-doubt in check. From there, we’ll dive into goal-setting, not just chasing big dreams but breaking them down into real, actionable steps. Finally, I’ll walk you through the 5 Whys exercise, a simple but eye-opening tool that helps you uncover the deeper motivation — the “why” behind the grind.
This isn’t about empty positive thinking. It’s about building a mindset that actually supports your performance, especially when things get tough. By the end, you’ll have affirmations that feel authentic, goals that are motivating, and a clear sense of why you’re pushing forward.
