When people think of resilience, they often picture the big comebacks — the game-winning play, the moment you push through pain, the fight you refuse to quit. But I’ve learned that resilience isn’t just built in those moments. It’s built in the small, daily choices you make when nobody’s watching.
In this session, I’m going to help you take a hard look at your routines — your mornings, how you prep for training, how you recover after, and how you wind down at night.
We’ll start with a quick self-assessment so you can see exactly where you’re making deposits — and where you might be draining your Resilience Bank Account.
From there, I’ll walk you through how to add strength to your mental reserves every day, so when setbacks hit — and they will — you’ve got something to draw on. I’ll also reintroduce you to my ACT framework — Accept, Challenge, Take Action — a simple tool you can use to reset your mindset when your routines slip or doubt creeps in.
This isn’t about building a perfect day. It’s about stacking small, consistent wins that fuel your body, your mind, and your confidence.
